What size tires?

Recommended Posts

Do a search here .. There is a lot of information and opinions. I have had Conti's and liked them, Pirelli's and liked them, Kumho's and liked them. Depends on your climate and quality of your roads.

Size of course depends on your rims.. Stock or aftermarket

What size/brand tires are most of you running on?

There are TSB available to contributing members that specify approved wheels and tires by size and weather conditions. The so call N-rated tire approvals.

TSB access alone makes CM status worthwhile. Recommend it highly. :renntech:

Conti's are garbage, Pirelli's are sticky but not durable and wear really fast in the rears. I stick with Michelin's. I run either Pilot Sport PS2 or I have tried Pilot Sport AS Plus which are also very good. Go to tirerack.com and read reviews. The PS2 are the best tires money can buy. If there was a better tire I would have bought them.

i do appreciate the tip about the TSB's. I wasn't looking for a recommendation on my own car. I was just curious what other people here had on theirs, as conversation about cars.

Pirelli PZero Rosso Assym's were great, but I switched over to Bridgestone Potenza 050 pole positions. very good traction in the wet climate where I live. no snow, but lots of rain. there are many, many posts and threads on tires... and compare brands, specs, and prices at TireRack.
