Blown Strut Replacement?

I have a 99 996 c2 with 106,000 miles on it that has a front strut leaking. I was underneath it looking for why my front end has a bad floaty feeling at high speeds. Think I found part of my problem. My question is should I replace the shocks/struts with either Koni FSB or Bilstein HD? Or should I be thinking about changing out the old coil springs also? I don't seen any uneven saggyness going on and don't want to lower or make the ride any worse.

Got couple of quotes today, decided to go with shocks and struts only

Dealer oem shocks and struts $1850

Dealer labor $2500

Independent parts and labor $1833

using Bilstein HDs'

Wow the dealer is up there

I just replace both struts and rear shocks

-Parts for M030 kit, Euro suspension $1403 (springs, struts, shocks, sway bars and misc parts)

-Labor 7.5 hours

-The alignment is separate

-The only surprise parts I encountered was I needed to replace the strut mounts

-The shipping of parts was extra

I have 2003, Cab just for the comparison
