Thanks to all the great help from here, I'm done with my latest mods. (round one was the 3rd radiator kit)

I got the fabspeed mufflers and B&M Short shift done. THe fabspeed was very easy, took 90 minutes, and I think it's great, I love the sound at all throttle/RPM combos and best of all my 996 no longer sounds like a Lexus.

The B&M shifter took about 90 minutes too. It was not hard, but I could see a lot of areas I would have gone astray without all the concise instructions I got here. I don't think it's a huge difference, but it feels "right" I don't know how to describe it any better then that.

So thanks to Loren and TP and all you DIY gurus for helping me muddle through this!!! :cheers:
