Radio problem

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I have a new problem now with the radio. This morning I turned the radio on but no sound is coming out. Radio works and light up but apparently something is happen with the amp, may be a blown fuse. I checked the fuse box and no fuses were blown. I pop the hood to check the amp and notice the small hood bulb light is not working too. There's any other fuse box I can check, because looks like a fuse is blown or no power going to the amp. Any suggestion?

I have a non gps radio, the regular one with cd. The thing here is ...if the back fuse is blown the radio should not turn on. In my case is different ...the radio indeed turn on and have the right led display, but no sound at all. I believe it had to be something with the amp power bose package.

Yes fuse for the amp not in the fuse box

would the fuse inside the amp? because I don't see anything in the outside....btw my radio is cd23 or something like that. I removed the radio and verified the back 10amp fuse and looks good. next step will be checking the speaks cable, maybe some are making ground and the radio goes in a protection mode.
