Electronic Clicking Like a Loud Hard Drive

After stopping the 2004 996TT Cab it will make a fast clicking noise which comes from behind the dash between the globe box and nav screen. Only happens on starting and stopping lasts about 10 seconds. No warning lights are lit everything else works fine, just want to make sure it is a quirk of the car not something more intense.

Thanks

Thanks for the response, but the noise does not occur when the vehicle is moving, just after the key is turned off when stopped or when you get in the car just prior to starting. It is a very fast clicking like some type of electrical mouse. It may be a normal sound, but I never heard it before in a car. It lasts for about 10 seconds.
