Bluetooth kit for CDR30

Recommended Posts

I want to install a Hands Free BT kit with A2DP streaming for my CDR 30.

The only product I found is this:

http://www.discountcarstereo.com/BLU-BKR235.html

It indicates that:

1. Works in Porsche with: Becker Traffic Pro, Mexico CD Mexico CD (7803, CC4325, CC4327, CD4337, CC4370), CDR-22, CR-210*, CDR-210*, CR-220, CDR-220, CDR30 (CQ-JX0770G),

My question is:

How can I find out if my CDR30 is model CDR30 (CQ-JX0770G) without removing it and checking the back of the unit?

Has anyone installed this product on his Porsche? Any feedback regarding it?

Hey speedster I use a product called mpow.....it is tiny fits into the aux port in drivers glovebox and then you pair with your phone and it sends music and telephone over the radio, I have a 2010 booster with the cdr30 so depending on whether you have the aux port it is worth the try...and cheap too ! Sounds great.

  • 5 years later...

I have an older Tranzit blue in my 06 Cayenne, with the non-graphic radio, works fine, but it’s not anything like a new car system, and will require some getting used to. It’s been in the car for 175k miles and works every time.
