Rear Heating controls help required

Hi i noticed our rear heated seats  are not working and there looks to be a padlock icon on the display can someone tell me how to unlock it its not something i have done not knowingly anyway as i did not know this was a feature .

Hi Paul, this one got me for a while. You have the window lock activated for the rear Windows....the switch is located between the drivers for window switches. Turn it off to allow kids control the rear Windows and the rear heading controls including the rear heated seats.

Incidentally, if you press and hold the "auto" button on the front heater controls it synchronizes all the temperature and fans together so you can adjust all at the same time with only the drivers side fan and temperature control.
