CAN comfort and aftermarket head unit

I have an android head unit installed on my 08 base Cayenne. Everything works as it should, sound comes out nice, and there is no apparent issue in daily usage. But I'm noticing that when I hook it up with Durametric pro, it shows that I have CAN comfort off error, and it says that it's running on single wire. I did the digging under the carpets on both the driver and the passenger side, and there is no sign of water intrusion or disconnection.

 

Is aftermarket headhunt suppose to give you CANBUS error? or is there anything I can change to remedy it? I'm thinking it may be the CANBUS decoder that came with the head unit, but there is no way for me to know without buying another one just so I can test it.

 

Anyone experienced the same?
