Rattle coming from the fuel tank

At first I thought I had suspension issues as I would get a rattle/clunk at slow speeds going over rough roads or small bumps. I know there is a steel ball in the fuel sender, and a plastic ball in the fuel filler tube. My car is a 03 cab with 32 K miles. If I rock the car side to side you can hear this annoying rattle in the cabin.

 

My other car is also a 03, but turbo and it has a similar rattle when your rock the car but not as pronounced so I don’t hear it in the cabin.

 

I am posting 2 videos of the noise from a 05 997. Any ideas how to address this annoying problem?
