987 PCM Retrofit?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Just purchased a 987 Boxster 2.7 and was hoping somebody could tell me if it's possible to retrofit PCM. If so, are there instructions, UK part numbers etc?

I'm new to the forum (be gentle) and had a poke around but didn't find anything specific to the 987.

997 044 900 80 PCM 2.1 Retrofit Kit for Europe - I show a US retail price of $2601.63 so your country price will vary. The supplying OPC should give you the installation TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) - if they don't then buy it somewhere else.

The problem is that i haven´t got the tsb installation and i aske myself if you found it. I buy the pcm 2.1 for 1200 euros but i need the external navigation dvd reader. Do you know if it is possible to use the pcm 2.1 without the external dvd?. Did you find the pcm , i find it at ebay. Thanks for all.......
