Recently adquired a 2005 997.1  Cabrio. After battery change things start to happen.

#1 even with new 2032 battery, the key fob wont open rear deck lid. only with the microswitch.

#2 no wiper fluid, all fuses okay.

#3 small horn after locking vehicle

any clue ?

best regards

Did all these things work ok before the battery change?

Regarding #3, this usually means that something has been left open that should be closed. It may also mean the closed-opened position sensor for those areas is defective.

Regarding #2, changing out the windshield fluid pump is relatively easy. Or, you could test the existing pump by bringing in 12v temporarily.

I don't have experience as to whether a common control module might be the culprit for all three issues.

#1 , #2  was new

#3  everything is locked inside and outside. Where to start?

I can do the washer pump, no problem

#1 where to start?

Regarding #1, I should have read more closely, my key fob remote only controls the frunk lid, not the engine lid.

Regarding #3, you will have to identify every area (glove box, door, frunk lid, etc.) that has this type of sensor. You'll probably need a wiring diagram. Then you'll have to test each area's sensor/switch. The Porsche service manual may have a diagnostic procedure - you may want to acquire (an "aftermarket") one.

Please let me know what function this button have

My 2005 C2S 997.1 key fob does not have the button you are pointing to. It just has the other two positions/buttons. Maybe your key fob is not original and the car does not support that fob button. I'm not sure.

I do have the cabriolet version with two original copies. I was guessing that was for the top roof, but I remember open the deck lid with key fob

Since I'm third owner, I seems to suspect the car was previously coded and battery swap change some habits in the car

That could be. Also, when the previous battery was failing, its low voltage periods could have affected certain modules.
