Pentosin 220 & Trunk Logo

Recommended Posts

Ordered and received some 'Pentosin 220' power steering fluid and have lerned from the forum that the 11 or the 110 Pentosin are what goes into a 2000 Box. Does anyone know if the 220 Pentosn is compatible with the 11 or the 110 that was specified previously? Is in fact the 220 a newr version that replaces the previous?

The 'Boxster' logo the rear trunk need replacing, a replacement has been received, what is a good way to remove the old one and the related adesive?

TIA,

TIA,

Dental floss works to remove the logo. Just work it back/forth with some pressure. P21S will take the remaining adhesive. At least if it has not baked too long in the sun before removing the logo.

I know CHF 11S because I have a seal leak in my 1997 power steering rack and have gone through almost three 1 liter cans over the years. It is in a green can with a red cap.

Never heard of CHF 202 and I could not find it on the Pentosin site. http://www.pentosin.de/eng/index.html

So I called a mechanic at my dealer. CHF 202 is new the replacement fluid for both 986/987. He said it comes in a silver can with a blue top.

Update: The mechanic showed me a can of CHF 202 today. It says right on the can that it can be mixed with CHF 11S.
