  1. My 2005 Cayenne (190k miles) had been misfiring and running rough. I’ve replaced the plugs and coils, which cleared numerous misfire codes. It starts and idles fine, but at around 3500 rpm, it labors to shift, chokes or runs rough, and occasionally dies completely. Durametic gives codes p0335-p0337. So, my question is, does anyone have detailed instructions (a video link would be awesome!) for replacing a CPS? I have the service manual instructions, but have to admit they aren’t very instructive and the pictures are really “uninspired”. I ordered a new CPS from Amazon, but sure can’t find anything under the hood that looks like it. Help!
  2. Thanks machster. I'll give your recommendations a look. I still need to figure out the rotor sizes for the front and back so I don't buy the wrong parts.
  3. I'm going to save some money and DIY the front and rear brakes on my 2005 Cayenne. I'm confused about rotor size (I have silver calipers with 17ZL stamped on the fronts). Also, would like advice on which pads are best for keeping dust low and whether brake kits, like the ones Pelican Parts sells, are better than buying parts individually. If individual is better, then please suggest good rotor and pad brands. This is my daily driving car (no racing). Finally, I would love recommendations for best online parts sellers. Thanks, Mark
