I'm having the same exact problem. A few seconds after I click on "Read" it comes back with "This Channel does not support Adaptation." If anyone can shed some light on the situation, it would be GREATLY appreciated. My rear suspension is all uneven and I need to level everything out.

Thanks for you quick response, JFP, but I can't even get that far... when I click on the "Read" button on Channel 1, it automatically states, "This channel does not support adaptation." If I try to read any of the channels, I get the same thing. I have a ticket open with Durametric as well... I'm crossing my fingers that this is a Durametric program issue that they can help me resolve.

First off, I just want to say I'm a newbie with Porsche and purchased a 2005 CTT a few months ago. I had to replaced my passenger upper control arm so I just jacked it up with the air suspension at the lowest loading level and took it apart removing the strut (no, I didn't put it in "Service Mode"... didn't realize that this was the proper procedure until after the fact I started search forums to help me with my issue... and in fact, still haven't figure out how to put it in this service mode.). Anyway, when I put it back together again and drove it around, I get an error saying that my air suspension needs maintenance and notice the height levels on each wheel seem to be a bit off. I read somewhere that I need to re-calibrate it with the Durametric scan tool. So I hooked it up and started the procedure provided on the Durametric --> Level Control--> Adaptation window.... but when I click on the "Read" button on Channel 1, it automatically states, "This channel does not support adaptation." If I try to read any of the channels, I get the same thing. Is there any other way to just reset everything to just default?... anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer. -Jay

Mine is a 2005 Cayenne Turbo. The height for each wheel looks off now.

Welcome to RennTech :welcome: OK, let's start with the basics: Did you put the system into its "service mode" before jacking it up and working on it? Did you change any of the system sensors while doing this repair? Did you recalibrate the leveling system after the repair? JFP, I replaced my upper control arm and in doing so, I had to detach the air hose on the suspension to the air inlet valve. I put it all back together again but as I drove around I get an air suspension fault. I thought it had to do with the fact that I didn't replace the air inlet connection to the valve so I bought a new valve all together. I replaced it yet I still get the error after driving around for about 2 minutes. I did NOT put it in "Service Mode" because I didn't know I had to. Is there some sort of re-calibration I have to do? I have a Duratech analysis tool but I didn't see an option for the air suspension. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

3 dials won't unscrew off no matter how many times I rotate it counter clockerwise. I'm pretty sure the shaft of the dial is rotating backwards versus the plastic dial from the shaft. Anyone have any suggestions?

hahaha.... yeah, I guess I do have to drive it faster. :eek: I tried looking it up myself in a owner's manual .pdf file but the one I had seem to refer to the other type of display (monochromatic). Anyway, thanks for the replies.... it's much appreciated!

I recently pick up this Cayenne and can't figure out what this setting means.... I know it's not my speed since that's displayed in yellow below. Any help for this newbie is greatly appreciated. Thanks! -Jay

Is the vacuum pump supposed to be a bit loud when you press the brake?... I'm asking because on mine you can easily hear from inside the cabin while I'm driving and it's pretty annoying because it sounds like a constant electrical hum of some sort. So far I've found 4 different leaks in my brake booster's vacuum system that I've fixed.... what a pain!

I found the crack in my system and fixed it but the brake booster light is still on. Does this error need to be cleared first?... and is the Duratech scan tool required to clear this error?... because I don't see the error display on my scan tool I picked up from Pep Boys.
