  1. Many Performance ECU "tunes" turn off or modify fault parameters so that certain fault warnings don't register. It's a pain to try and go back to stock software but if you have a newer OBDII flash tune (perhaps the ecu has a sticker on it denoting who tuned it) it wouldn't be that hard, if you have to remove ECU and send it out it will be a bit more time consuming and a disapointment if it doesn't change the condition or fault registering...unfortunately it's one of the "get back to basics" when trying to find cause of your symptoms. If you aren't concerned with Porsche Dealer knowing you have a tune they can flash you back to stock...

  3. Since the wipers don't work, look to make sure the bonnet is securly closed and the pin switch is working.
  4. Also you may want to try SunCoast Porsche Parts My link as they will send you the approriate shaft with little hassle. My general findings are that Porsche parts are less expensive than the similar VW Touareg parts. Unless there is a shortage on the part, stick with Porsche.
  5. If you clear the code does the code come back immediately (likely component failure or electrical connection issue). If the code clears and air ride starts to work as normal could be an intermitent or even 1 time issue. There are little sensors with little plastic arms on the suspension which detect the air suspension movement if one of these sensors in the rear is stuck or if the electrical connection to such has moisture in it there could be issue. Have you high pressure washed the vehicle lately? Run over or hit anything recently?
  6. Does anyone know if the new 2008 brake setup on the Cayenne TT (or largest offering) will fit on the earlier Cayenne TT? Thanks in advance :renntech:
