  1. Mike, I change my own oil and I DO replace the small O-ring. It's an expensive part compared to everything else, but I change it anyway. My dealer tells me that it's not really necessary to change, but I do it.
  2. I just made this change. There are many more parts that you need in order to assemble this correctly, look for Viper Bob's posts on Rennlist. On the track the change is amazing! The car accelerates sooooo much faster. I don't mind the extra noises on the street, at all. Less than my full floating front discs, which sound at every expansion joint to be a wheel falling off.
  3. Over on Rennlist there is a thread HERE that addresses the lightweight flywheel change but also what manual transmission fluid/gear oil to use. There is some continuing confusion. One poster says that Mobil 1 SHC 75W-90 is the latest flavor of the month (PMNA recommended : part #999.917.062.00), but Mobil says that product is now discontinued. Any thoughts from here would be much appreciated.
