  1. If you leave the key in the ignition it will drain the battery even with the stereo off.
  2. Check here, http://www.sharkwerks.com/products.php?pid=39
  3. Just curious, since you cemented the covers on...why didn't you just paint the headlights? I thought the Techart covers could be removed?
  4. I have checked that out and just wanted to make sure it was the same for the TT. Thanks Ben!
  5. I have read the previous posts so I appologize for my ignorance. What are the instructs for removing the front bumper on an '04 996TT cab. I'm installing the Techart GTS next month. Loren to the rescue!
  6. No they are 14mm allen! It just takes some torque to release them (as Lauren said). Use the blue loctite in case you need to switch again.
  7. Well I did try a search and found plenty of hits but nothing that clearly states what I want. I need instructions for removing the rear spoiler, movable section on a 2004 996TT. I did get a part for this, but just want to make sure. Thanks much!
  8. I had my B&M SSK installed by my mechanic (I hate tools) last week. It took 1 hr. with road test ($95). It works great. I have heard some threads where they suggest the shifting is "harder" than the stock. It may be due to installation or adjustment? All I know is mine works great. I personally think this should be stock (I know Porsche is looking for extra$$$). I love it!
  9. Thanks Dr. T. I knew someone had put the instructions together somewhere. Anyone know a Porsche mechanic in the metro Denver area?
  10. I have a 2004 996TT. It has been suggested that I replace the stock diverter valve with a billet diverter valve. I'm sure there are steps to do this posted somewhere, but I have failed to find them. Instructions would be helpful (or is this not a DIY item?). Thanks.
