  1. He's right. It's very easy. Two screws that don't even have to be removed all the way. Push both sides of the connector together then pull leverage clip back. Replace lenses but make sure to adjust the gap in the edges of the light even all the way around. Very easy to do and will save you $50-1xx bucks. Anymore questions just ask away.
  2. It's not difficult to access. I believe some T25 bits (not exactly sure unless you have a set of torx ($15 at home depot) and some pulling of the plastic. Very easy and you can get a good look.
  3. If it is not too far from the dealer and assuming you don't mind, have the tech go over to where it happened and try to replicate it.
  4. What all have you checked? You didn't see if the battery was dead and just replaced the relay did you?
