  1. Great write-up. I just replaced front and back rotors and pads this weekend and everything went perfectly after reviewing this DIY. Thanks for the effort you guys put into making it.
  2. I also replaced my shaft with a rebuilt one from Colorado Drive Shaft (back in November-2014). Same deal of $500 with the $100 back when you send in the old shaft for a core. I also bought and replaced the nuts/bolts used for mounting to the flex disk, as well as a new flex disc. I got these parts from Pelican. Pretty straight forward swap if you have some simple hand tools and a torque wrench.
  3. Stupid question, but where is the transfer case control unit located? I think I need to replace either one or both of these parts on my car. I saw a writeup for replacing the servo motor somewhere out on the net, which makes it look like a 20 minute job, but I have yet to find anything mentioning the physical location of the control unit. I have had the Four Wheel drive system faulty error for a while now, accompanied recently with the PSM failure workshop error icon that is making the rig about worthless to drive.
