  1. Leatherique is reportedly the best, as stated in other forums
  2. Loren, my '04 C2 doesn't have the C switch on my dome lens, but it does have a switch on the mirror assembly that produces 2 different settings. I have repeatedly looked for the C in the past. Am I missing something?
  3. The frunk & engine lid lights on the open switches stay on for about 2 hours after exiting the vehicle unless you lock the it. I recall Loren stating months ago this is normal.
  4. Pelican has the spin on by LN for $149 and it uses a Napa gold filter, or K&N.
  5. I have Blizaks on my 18" rims and have had them on many cars with success in the past. Got the fronts from Tirerack.
  6. Can't someone point me in the right direction? I have viewed it before just can't find it now.
  7. My parking / city lights weren't functioning when I bought the car and no warning light was showing, maybe only some lights are tied to warning system, Loren can you shed some of your knowledge here?
  8. Opened up the filter - no metal! '04 C2, 60k and running great!
  9. How much oil will I need to get back to full? It will be interesting to see what's inside the old one - fingers crossed.
  10. Bought my '04 C2 at 55k miles w/o any history 6 months ago, runs great, looks great, nice options. Am I correct there is no way to tell if the "fix" has been done w/o tear down. Warranty record only shows ignition switch replaced. I do have a CNA 3 yr warranty. Thx for replies.
  11. Hoped you would chime in on this Loren, mine is OEM from build sheet so I guess it goes quiet as you stated above - thx
  12. On another forum it was stated the PSE automatically goes into quiet mode via the relay at speeds between 27 & 40 something. The manual doesn't state this and I have never noticed a sound change. Is this true?
  13. 04 C2 will need new pads in the future and I would like recommendation on pads. I do not track this daily driver and am seeking cost effective replacements that produce limited brake dust and best place to procure them. Replies always appreciated
  14. Best product for leather is Leatherique (sp) I wouldn't use Armoral on mine. Google best leather cleaning products and you will know why.
  15. Did you check out Superbrights web site?
  16. I saw a TSB stating rear should be 39 rather than 42. I am running Blizaks. Not sure the TBS was for a C2 though. What is the consensus for correct PSI front and rear?
  17. Why not just replace the OEM bulbs with LED ones in the 3rd brake light?
  18. No, although some say they would work I chose to use the longer ones that came with the 122mm spacers.
  19. Problem solved with the 5MM spacers up front. no more vibration at speed. Thx for all the replies
  20. The lugs I will be using are for the 12mm spacer (that I won't be using) and would like to use them for the front 5mm spacer. Is it possible they will be to long ? Thank you for following this mess and your knowledge Mijostyn.
  21. Your insight is appreciated. Going forward here's what I will do. Use no spacer in rear, and the 5mm spacer in the front as w/o it the wheel strikes the caliper. I will use Standard lug size for the front as I have been told by two people this is sufficient for the 5mm and acceptable. Myjostyn do you see an problem with this setup?
  22. Frankly I would prefer no spacers but the front wheels strike the calipers w/o a spacer ( should have gone with second hand OEM wheels for winter). USA Rims where I purchased the wheels says I need a spacer in the rear to avoid striking the strut, although I am running it presently without a spacer and no problems noted. I don't drive the car hard or past 70mph, just want to get rid of the front vibration at 60-70 mph. I should mention the tires are: 225x40r 18, and 265x35 18. As recommended by porsche & tire rack.
