Noob here, shopping for a 996. I have now seen two for-sale 2002 vehicles on the big websites with 911 badging on the rear instead of the expected Carrera. When I encountered the first I thought it was simply a previous user's change, but two of the same year?? I know the 2004 40th anniversary should have this but does anyone know if any 2002's did? And if so if it an indication of any option? I have not visited the cars to examine their options stickers yet. Thanks!
My 2012 997.2 Carrera GTS rear deck lid badging was stolen and I'm replacing it I found almost all of Loren's previous 997.x badge position posts but none seem to be the GTS versions: http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/6434-997-rear-logo-placement/ http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/28474-gt3911carrera-rear-badge-placement/ Does anyone have the position guide or TSB for the GTS?
Hi Guys, My rear lid "Carrera" badge's sticker is kind of loosing with the sticky part, in order to repair it, I guess I will need to replace the sticker part, I know the whole emblem is available but as my badge is not damage, I would like to simply replace the sticker in between the emblem and the lid. Does anyone know whether this pre-cut double sided sticker is available and where can I buy them? Thank you Eric
