water problem on my 987 S (not the motor)

Yesterday a extremly rainy day , what a surprise the floor on passenger side is wet, i remove half a liter of clean water ( not cooling ) , each rain the water is coming back .

any idea ??

my bowster is fully new ( one week).

Just read about this somewhere else ... apparently there is a drain ( maybe one on each side ) under the hood somewhere around the base of the windshield that drains away excess water from the windshield ... this had clogged, and the water found it's way to the passenger side rug and drenched it.

I would find that drain hole & depending on what you find ( I haven't looked yet ) either snake it or blow it out. Good Luck !

Could be rain water, but it would not be real clean either.

I think it could be moisture from your AC. Maybe your drain tube is clogged or pinched and the water is leaking into the cabin vs. outside.

good idea , it was the AC drain tube unplugged
