2001 turbo CPO car w/ 17k mi, last service 13k. This am check engine light came on and stayed on. Computer said take car to shop? Any ideas what this may be? I am taking car in for routine service to Guadin in Vegas tomorrow. Does this car have a system like my Lexus that engine check comes on every 3k miles to remind of service?

No.

Take it to an Autozone or other parts place have the fault codes read for free. Report back the fault codes and any other symptoms here.
