Need to find a good dealership in L.A., CA area

Recommended Posts

Hi All I need your help again. I need to find a good dealership who can take good care of both my 996C4s and Cayenne S and treat me like a Porsche car owner. I brought my Cayenne 2nd time in to a dealership located in Newport Beach for steering wheel vibration and Shimmy at highway speed and car pulling to the right. I did not feel I was treated well compare to my Audi and BMW dealers. In fact, the car was in for the same issues as the last time I brought my Cayenne in. I am a person usually take it and find another way around. So, now I am looking for your help to find a good dealership who can do a good job and treat me like a valuable customer. Thanks in advance,

I've taken my Cayenne to the McKenna in Norwalk and I think they're a bit indifferent to my problems. They don't even have loaners. I had a chance to hang out and chat with the tech as he was working on my truck and he was pretty cool but the service mgr. seem less interested. I was going to try Newport Beach next time. What made you think they weren't so good?

I'm in Irvine too, located in Northwood, where are you located?

Crevier BMW really knows how to treat their owners right. Porsche dealers seem to have a take it or leave it attitude. I'm already looking for an independent shop for routine maint.

I kind of agree with you on McKenna.

They're OK. They have one Porsche loaner, a Cayenne S, and the last time I was there, somebody else was using it. A relative of mine got to use it for a few days. I did get a free Enterprise rental for a few days, however, which is better than nothing, but still a waste of time when you're in a hurry.

Find me a Porsche dealer/service that kisses my a$$ ....
