I need to replace the rubbers on both driver and passenger doors, but first need to know how to remove the metal strip that holds the rubbers in place?

There is always some anorak that knows off the top of their head - just need him/her please.

On my 1985 Coupe, those metal bits were secured with spring-type clips through holes in the door. Gently pry the metal bits off and slide the new rubber in the track.
