If the problem isn't fixed then you likely still won't pass inspection. They will still show up on the test machine as pending codes.

Your fuel mixture is so rich that the DME can not compensate for it - hence the P1123 and P1125. These can be caused by a dirty or bad MAF giving errant readings. They can also be caused by a leaking EVAP canister - but in those cases you usually get an EVAP code too.

Ok, just passed inspection ran though all the test ok also light hasn't go on yet. Didn't want to pass me said my turn signals where not that bright amber. Just got home and replaced bulbs. They were all crackled and peeling. Guess that is what happens to a 1999 with 26000 miles.
