Loren,

I just bought a 2002 Boxter. The seller just replaced the battery, but lost the radio code.

The system is a Becker 1

Type 4362

Serial # 5002217

I saw that you have a nifty program that may get me out of trouble without running to the dealer...

Also, the LCD display of the climate control panel is not working properly. My husband is a handy man (he claims...) and promised that he will replace it himself if I can get ahold of the part.

Any idea of how to find the serial number? Were do you think I could get a good deal on such an item?

Any help will be really appreciated!!!

Ciao,

Loretta

Try 8522

or

8524

Do a search here there have been a couple of folks that have bought the display on eBay and then made the modification for them to work.
