What came with you new 997 from Porsche at Dealer Delivery?

Recommended Posts

When I picked up my new 997, the dealer provided me with (2) key/fobs, the owners manuals and some nice "Porsche" key chains (and even a hot breakfast at the dealership). However, there is a spot in the glove box (2 clips) that look like they should hold a pen or tire pressure gauge - nothing was there. What did everyone else get on delivery :)

I purchased my immaculate 06 S Cab at close to half the MSRP with 6k miles on the clock. I'm happy to buy myself breakfast & a few pen holders. lol

Seriously... I was about to fork over $120k on an arriving soon S Cab but when it arrived at the dealer, "it wasn't the color we were expecting, but I like white the best. Let's get the paperwork sorted out while you're here".

I shook his hand anyway with a "Thanks anyway" before I left.

Saved around $50k on what I would have paid for a higher spec 06 car, so I'm very happy.

I didn't get Jack! Just a big payment book. The clips in the cup holder are for a pen. I didnt even get the key chains! I would say I got a pretty good deal 07 C2s cab bought 12/07 new for 91K. I know I could have done better buying used, but if I am going to keep the car for a long time I like to be the original owner and know the car's history.

I got a keychain, hat, mats and clear side markers as a delivery surprise. Along with all the paperwork, window sticker, etc. was a metal box stamped with the Porsche logo that had the navi dvd, quick reference guides, invitations to PCA and Hyatt gold, dealer list and accessories catalog in it. No pen though..

Greetings:

I received: 2 hats, a great heavy Porsche jacket and a small " Porsche " box..... and 2 leather key fobs. I bought my 2006 C2S from Hoehn Porsche in Carlsbad, CA....Top rate outfit and they were more than nice. A great experience.
