cab top tension cable

My 97 boxster. I need to find the P/N for the small ball pin stud mounted on the cab top rear frame bow, the tension cable snaps onto this ball. I cant find the item in the parts catalogue.

figure 812-00 shows the bottom adjustable fitting and the tension rope, I need the one at the top of the tension rope.

fig 811 05 shows a tension rope listed under item 8 (different P/N)

the ball stud is on the bow item 27 fig 811 05

the ball socket is only available with the bow, item 27 figure 811-05.

The price of the bow is $1003.35.

any one have a used one?

Garth, I'm getting ready to order the Cabrio tension cable 986 561 191 02 and see what you mean they list the bottom attach ball but not the top ball. I noticed at autoatlanta.com they are selling both the tension cable that i need as both a new and used item. I am assuming that they have some cars that they are parting out if they offer used parts. Contact them and maybe they can pull the part you need.
