p0308 number 8 cylinder misfire

Hi I'm new here. I just had the dealership replace the coils and now I my engine surges at low RPM's. I did the OBD and it said P0308. Anyone heard of bad coils right out of the dealership. I will take it back but we are on the road for Christmas and now I have to go back. I was looking to see if the TSB thing has step by step instructions, because I wanted to check it for a crack or bad plug. So my next question is how do I get to look at the TSB things.

A bad coil can foul the spark plug and it will never recover, you need to replace the plug and also check the oil for fuel contamination. Never operate the vehicle if the MIL is flashing.

Let check the coil connector for proper fitting, the locking lip will break off as well, and the connector comes loose spontaneously.

I am having the same problem on my boss's '04 Turbo. Got this code when i tryed to read the fault memory:

The ignition coils have a very high failure rate and I believe the part has been updated.
