GT2 Rear Tail and Spoiler Wont Fit C4S

Recommended Posts

the turbo decklid and the c4s decklid are different. The difference is that the piece right below the rear window is narrower on the turbo. I bought a complete rear turbo decklid and it was pretty obvious that it'll not fit. To make it fit would require lots of surgery, so your best bet is to go 3rd party solutions.

Anyone know whats involved in changing the panel below the rear window ?

Welding and filling and painting.

Thanks ,but can it be done the dealer tells me that the support panel underneath is different on coupe ,turbo and gt2. i think it can be changed as its a cover really ,on the 997 its bolted on with 5 bolts. but is bigger than the turbo 996 panel
