Tightening Torques?

I am working on swapping out the oem brake line to SS lines very soon. I have the WM's from PIWIS TSI, it states 10.5 lbs torque for the lines. How does one go about torquing open end screws etc... sorry it I did not state this correctly. My torque wrench acceptes sockets, but you cannot get a socket over say a brake line. Does anyone know if there is such a tool, whats its call, where to get one?

Also does anyone know the torque settings for OEM Techno Sport rims? Mine is a '06 CTTS (10" rears) is that matters.

You can use a flare nut crow's foot. It is designed for this and you can attach a 3/8ths drive torque wrench to it.

A Flare Nut Crow's Foot is not really a bit or a wrench... kind of both really.
