12 Volts Tap In The Engine Bay

i am trying to find a constant 12 v supply in the engine bay when the car is running for my exhaust ecu. does any body know where i can find constant 12 volts. i cant even begin to start. i am sure i can find something but it could be switched.

thanks for the reply loren , i thought about that, but then i have to run a wire from the front all the way to the back, i was hoping to pick something up in the engine bay. i could not find the starter becuase i was thinking of picking it ip from there. any ideas where it is. thanks

The battery jump point is in the engine bay. At least on the Carrera it is....
