Coolant escaping through vent line

I have a 2001 Boxster.Ive read some of the issues regarding coolant leakage but not sure if thats my problem.. I had a oil seperator change reciently and not sure if there is an air blockage or if its a thermostat change required. I have a problem of coolant escaping through the discharge line when driving during hot days or long periods of driving. I was on vacation and it happened again, I noticed if the air conditioning was on there is no coolant leakage. What is my problem?

make sure your coolant reservoir cap p/n ends in 04, if not update it to the newer part. the cap holds pressure up to its release point and then the released coolant travels down the top of reservoir into drain tube. either your cap is failing or you really do have an overtemp/overpressure issue.
