993 Emission Relevant Misfire

Recommended Posts

Guys, today one of our long standing customers came in with a CEL light on the dash and had the following read out on our PST II tester. This is verbatim and I have no clue as to what it means.

It does throw a CEL light on the dash (or did as we've re-set it) but I would still like to know your thoughts. As far as we are concerned this thing runs as well as a 40k mile 1997 993 can run. Nice, very nice.

What comes up are these numbers 50, 51,52, 54, 55, 62.

Beside each number are these words "cyl xx, misfire emissions-relevant" (where xx is the cylinder and it covers all 6)

He was driving the car when this happened.

Stumped....any thoughts?
