1999 boxster will not start

I am working on a boxster which had a problem with the cutch slave cylinder, so was off the road for 2 months. the battery died completely.

managed to gain access and used jump leads, but the car will not fire.

The battery is mow fully charged and so cranks really well but shows no sign of firing - where do I start, the code reader I have doesn't show any codes.

Check and make sure you did not dislodge or damage the leads to the crank position sensor (on the bell housing). If the CPS is disconnected, the DME does not know the engine is rotating, and it will not fire......
