Will OEM Taco Wing work with Cabrio?

I have a 2000 C2 Cabrio and have located an OEM Taco Wing decklid the same color as my car. Will the Taco wing work with the Cabrio or will it interfere with the convertible top?

Anyone done this? pics?

The taco wing will not work b/c the cab top will not clear the spoiler when retracting. I have a factory cabroliet OEM spoiler on my 2003, and the top barley clears the spoiler (10 mm) when it's retracted. I wanted to add a GT3 wing, but that won't work either.

There are non-OEM taco and GT3 wings that have been modified to work with the cab.

I was at a car show a couple of weeks ago and saw this car. I don't think this is factory, but does anyone know? The owner wasn't around.

Some aftermarket taco wings will work, but factory OEM won't work b/c the top won't clear the wing when it retracts.
