GT3 no idling

Hello

We swap the engine and all wiring from a GT3 to a cup car for passing the emmision test in JAPAN.

And the car can start up but will not idling.

We use the PIWIS to check the car and alot of the fault code are coming out.

Anyone can help about this? and thank you for viewing

What year GT3 and what year Cup Car?

You do realize they have very different DMEs and ABS systems?

04 GT3 and 03 CUP

the engine idling for the 1st 30sec but after that the idling become not stable and cannot be revved up.

We realized about the different between both car so we almost swaps all the parts.
