cayenne 2003 airbag light on Piwis/durametric cable Module Failed To I

Hi if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I have an airbag light that has been on since purchase of the car over a year ago, i am now looking at turning the light out and have borrowed a durametric cable and have version 5.1.4.0 version of there software running and every time it states that the airbag Module Failed To Initialize and have tried the instrument cluster and thats the same, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi thanks alot for the reply, i have just updated and get the same response from unit, would you have any further suggestions for me to look at? also does anyone have a link to the ODB2 layout diagram on the Cayenne as i just thought it maybe a possible loose connection on the port.
