It would be very helpful if you would tell us the exact model and year of your car.

Also, symptoms - does the starter turn the engine over?

Any issue or change before this happened?

How old is your battery? Cayennes are very sensitive to weak batteries.

its a Porsche Cayenne sport 2004,Starter does not turn the engine over it just makes a click noise.

Battery have not been changed in about 3 months but everything comes on in the car. Never had this issue till now.

Could be as simple as a bad battery - I would take it out and get load tested (Autozone or other parts stores will do this for free) and also get eh specific gravity of each cell tested.

If not that then you will need to look at connections and grounds.

BTW... some Cayennes have two batteries (this was an option) one for just starting and one for everything else. Does your car have a second battery under the panel in the cargo area?
