Plastic piece on top of folding rear seat

Recommended Posts

There is a small (~2 inch) plastic piece under the outside headrests of the rear seats. It is attached by two screws and appears to be a stop/spacer for when the seat is folded down. One of mine is cracked and the other is missing a screw. Any idea what the part number is for that. 2004 Cayenne Svwith black interior.

Thanks,

Chuck

No, I don't see it on there. Sorry, I put this in the wrong Cayenne group. Here is a picture from behind the back seat. It is the piece under the headrest, between the posts, pointed to by the red arrow.

Thanks

955-522-080-03-9B9 Support (in satin black) -- US MSRP $5.38 each

Difference between 04 and 06? Looks the same on my 05 and 09s

There have been three different part numbers for these - so maybe the newest ones do not break.

Chaps,

I've recently replaced these, despite the 3 different part numbers, the items that came from my OPC were a different shape and did not fit. I eventually found them through my VW dealer, and they were exactly the same as the original part.

part number is :- SB9 885 557 and its actually from a old B9 Passat.

Good luck

Chris
