Part Number Help

Hi All,

I noticed a coolant leak and have been able to trace it to a part for which I can't find a part number. My car is a 2000 996.

It's the part circled in red in the attached picture. There is a hose that attaches to it....so it would seem that there is a "neck" that has broken off the circled piece.

Any help identifying the part would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, by the way...the yellow "U" shaped thing is just something that I shoved in there to stop the coolant from shooting up like a small fountain.
