I overheated the clutch (smoke coming from the rear wheel wells) by holding the car on an incline...One of those not thinking occasions...

Luckily it happened at a Porsche dealership...The Porsche tech said to let it cool and see how it performed...

Since this happened two weeks ago the car has been driven 300 plus miles...I have driven it moderately hard there appears to be no slippage or chatter with clutch engagement at the pre-overheating level...

Question: All considered should the clutch be replaced?  Appreciate all ;thoughts.

It is hard to tell as there are too many un-dimensioned variables here (previous wear on the clutch, driving style, car usage, etc.).  I'd suggest driving it and seeing if any problems pop up.

You won't notice a difference in the clutch 'feel' as it adjusts itself. It has a clever system of springs and wedges to take up the wear. JFP is correct, just drive it until you have an issue. You may have worn a few hundred miles off, hey, we all live and learn.
