2011 Cayenne S, p000a code

New to the forums and to Porsche, just purchased a 2011 Cayenne S with 55,000 miles on the clock.  Amazing condition and pretty loaded up.  Drove it 600 miles home, and stopped at a friends house to visit and stayed overnight.  Temperature was 5 degrees out, so it was really cold in the morning.  Started the truck warmed it up and proceeded to drive home the next day.  Less than a mile down the road it pops a check engine light, P000a.  Stopped at an Autozone to confirm and alos was told there was a previous code for the same thing stored.  Since then it has went away after a few starts, and came back a couple times more.  Very intermittent.  So my question is, does anyone know what the p000a code refers to?  I did some searching and came up with cam position sensor, but no real explanation.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
