Cup holders ???

Hi guys,this may be a stupid question but going to ask anyway.this model as you know doesn't come with cup holders.i was thinking of buying some generic ones from Walmart ,but as I look around the cockpit, I have not found a good location to gang them.anybody out there have any ideas?thanks.

Not at all a stupid question.

I drove my Boxster for years, before I found a cupholder that worked for me.

 

This does the job on my Boxster - especially on those 5hrs ++ drives.

My buddy has the same one in his 911.

It may be surprising, but the genuine Porsche kit to install two cup holders in the top of your center dash stack sells for less than $100.  I think it even comes with instructions for moving the hvac controller to the bottom position.  The latter may require a new, also very inexpensive, plastic frame piece.
