Key fob not operating central locking please help!

As the title suggests the key fob no longer operates the central locking after I changed the battery.  Can any one help me with a method to get the central locking working from the key fob again? Thanks! 1999 C4 cab

I I searched "key fob" and "resyc key fob" and couldn't find an answer, any advise? Cheers!

How many working keyfobs do you currently have for your Porsche 996?
