99 996 fuse location c2 blows

Recommended Posts

I just brought my car back from the shop that fixed the supposed problem only to wind up back at square one. Could it be another bad fuel pump. Replaced pump 2 monrhs ago and then again this week after signs pointed to it for no start issues. Car cranks over fine but fuse c2 blows immediately when ignition switch is powered. I'm a little burnt out of putting it back in the shop so I really want this fixed. The last trip included all new coils and spark plugs as my tech believed that to be the culprit. Car started fine and dove about 5 miles to my office to not start again. Any advice is welcomed

Fuse c2 is ignition coils, fuel injectors, O2 sensors, etc. Fuse c4 is fuel pump. You will need to troubleshoot all the electrical components and wiring on that fuse c2 circuit.

Did fuse c2 also blow before the fuel pump replacement or it's a new issue?

Hello, what did your problem end up being? We are running into the exact same problem on the exact same car after replacing the coil packs and spark plugs. Let us know as soon as possible thanks very much
