Nice looking car you have there. I say that as I have a '99 Guards Red with Savannah Beige interior.

My first mod was to get a Fabspeed airbox kit and a high flow airfilter. It made the car sound better even if there was no performance gain. I need to get some new rims as the previous owner decided he liked 993 Targa rims over the stock twisties. (looks good but just not right for the car)

I think this is a decent list to consider for mods:

PSE or quality aftermarket exhaust

Aerokit or a good body kit (the car really looks best with a fixed spoiler I think)

updated Xeon headlights and smoked taillights

Carbon Fiber interior

lowering kit

and if you got the $$$ to spare, EVO supercharger kit

Am I missing anything? Beuller? Beuller? *grin*

1999 carrera, guards red, gray interior, sports seats. What mods do you guys recommed?

Definitely has to be the first thing to do - and side marker, of course. IMO the old orange look makes the car look cheap. While your at it consider the full turn light mod with silvervision bulbs.
