Boxster 718 Series 2018 exhaust tips rusting

Recommended Posts

I have just purchased a 2018 Boxster 718 and it certainly is a huge upgrade over my 2007 Boxster.

I noticed the tail pipe is already rustier than the 2007 was? The car has less than 11,000 miles on it so I’m concerned. Has anyone else had this issue? Would this be covered under the factory warranty.

Rusting trim is usually not a warranty issue unless the dealer wants to cover it under goodwill.
