Rear right tail running lights not working

I noticed my right side rear brake light was not working. So, I changed all of the bulbs on both sides. Being that it is a 2004, I just figured it was time for new bulbs. The brake lights now both work but when the lights are turned on, the running lights on the right side does not work. Any thoughts?

Checked the sockets for any build up and they seemed clean to me. Checked the fuse and put it back in.  Then tried the lights and it worked. The light switch feels a little loose.  So, I believe the light switch is probably going.  Works now, but I will change out the switch in the near future.  Thanks for your input.
